The Surface Engineering IPPC Eligibility Climate Change Agreement Milestone 5 reporting period ends on 31st December 2010. Due to the tight deadlines imposed by DECC, reporting data must be submitted to the SEA by 21st Janaury 2011 at the very latest. Failure to provide the required information by this deadline will result in climate change agreements being cancelled and companies having to pay the full rate of climate change levy on their energy bills.
The quarterly monitoring form and milestone 5 reporting form are attached below and should be completed and returned to the SEA by 21st Janaury 2011 at the very latest but with regard to the full deadlines below:
1 - For cases involving qualitative requirements (i.e. relevant constraints / unexpected energy supply disruption) the information should be submitted to the SEA by Wednesday 12th January so that we can meet DECC's deadline of Friday 14th January 2011.
2 - For cases involving drop in throughput as covered by CCA-D08 (formerly CCA16) the information should be submitted to the SEA by Wednesday 12th January so that we can meet DECC's deadline of Friday 14th January 2011.
3 - Allowances must be in compliance accounts before noon on Monday 7th February 2011. Please remind Target Units not to take allowances out of their accounts as retirement may take place at any time up to the end of April 2011
4 - All other data must be submitted by Friday 21st January 2011 at the latest
