Q4 2009 - AEA develops sector evidence base
Q1 2010 - AEA models sector energy projections
Q2 2010 - AEA refines evidence base
Q3 - Q4 2010 - Negotiation of sector targets
Q4 - Q1 2011 - Processing of new applications
Q2 2011 - New scheme starts
