This paper sets out how to account for EU Emissions Trading Scheme overlap in CCA reconciliation.
CCA-D07 Data reporintg including adjustments for emissions trading
This guidance paper and spreadsheet are used to record the performance of operators and sectors at each target period. There are likely to be modifications to the CCA10 spreadsheet before each target period to accommodate changes such as the EU ETS overlap.
CCA-D08 Varying absolute targets in a target period where throughput has dropped by more than 10%
This guidance paper remains unchanged. It explains the adjustments that are necessary for operators and sectors with absolute targets if their throughput falls by 10% or more.
