Please note that the Department of Energy & Climate Change (DECC) have stated that companies wishing to enter the current agreements must have their agreements signed before the start of the final milestone period. For PPC eligibilty this is 31st December 2009 and for EI - Heat Treatment this is 30th September 2009 and DECC will need at tleast 2 months prior to these dates to fully assess applications.
