Applications for Authorisation submitted

The European Chemicals Agency has received applications for authorisation for the continued use of chromium trioxide in surface engineering applications

 

 

ECHA has received four applications for authorisation:

  • six uses of chromium trioxide (EC 215-607-8)
  • a use of sodium chromate (EC 231-889-5)
  • a use of sodium dichromate (EC 234-190-3)
  • a use of 1,2-dichloroethane (EDC) (EC 203-458-1).
