Welcome to the Wolfson Heat Treatment Centre,  British industry's focal point for information, advice and education on processing aspects of metal heat treatment. Established in Birmingham in 1973, the Centre has a wealth of information in its extensive library, with its unique collection of global publications on heat treatment technology and informative computerised data bases which enables rapid retrieval of information. The Centre, which operates within the Surface Engineering Association  is primarily staffed by a metallurgist with extensive first-hand practical experience at the sharp end of industrial heat treatment operations.   SUBSCRIPTION Subscription to the   Wolfson Heat Treatment Centre entitles your company to: • short-term enquiries for information and advice; • participation in courses and conferences at generously-reduced fees; • use of consultancy / investigation services at special discount rates; • free participation in the Centre's FAST database of heat treatment facilities; • subscription to 'International Heat Treatment and Surface Engineering' at a substantially reduced rate.   2009 SUBSCRIPTION FEE ....£420 (+ VAT in UK ) .....additional fee for IHTSE journal (optional) ...£140 This fee applies to a single-site company or division of a company. For large organisations, with a number of potential users amongst their subsidiary sites/divisions, corporate subscription can be negotiated.
