Heatric utilises photochemical etching to produce specialised flow plates for use in a range of heat transfer applications. The Heatric Birmingham facility is one of the largest dedicated chemical etching facilities in the world by volume of material removed. The facility incorporates a range of advanced equipment which allows Heatric to continuously refine its operations and push the boundaries of its capabilities in diffusion bonding and chemical etching. The company currently produces etched plates in sizes up to 1500*600*3mm with etch depths of up to 2.5mm (and potentially deeper).
