Michael Costley

Michael Costley

While studying for my degree in Applied Chemistry, my first real job was with Portsmouth Aviation in their metal finishing department. It was here that I learnt the more practical side of electroplating and anodising.

After gaining my BSc in Applied Chemistry I then spent 5 years with International Paint, mainly in the Industrial R&D team, working with solvent and water based paints as well as powder coating.

Since then I have worked with many large companies such as ABB, HACH, Beckman Coulter, Malvern Instruments etc Mainly in the instrumentation involved with purified water.

I am currently working for Veolia Water Technologies as a product specialist, and one of my specialisms is looking after the Evaled range of Evaporators for England and Wales. Additionally I also look after the standard process water plant that is typically employed in the metal finishing industries.
