Advanced Engineering UK 2025 will take place on Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th October, at NEC, Birmingham.
The SEA will host the SEA Pavilion on stand N160 at Advanced Engineering UK 2025. The SEA pavilion will be located in a prominent position on the floorplan and will act as a centralised point for all aspects of Surface Engineering.
Exhibitor pods inside the pavilion range from £3000 for a standard pod and £3500 for a corner pod Excl VAT (Member rates).

MARKETING

* Visitors can collect information by simply touching the reader(s) placed on your pod with their smart badge. They will receive all the company and product information that you uploaded to My Easyfairs via email at the end of the day.
PERSONALISED PODS
- Each exhibiting company must submit a EPS version of their company logo for display on their pod.
- The dimension for each pod will be approximately 1000mm high x 1000mm wide x 500mm deep, please see attached counter dimensions from our previous pods as they will be similar.
- Each exhibitor is allowed 2 banners maximum, and each banner should be no more than 1m approx. wide.
- Each pod has a lockable cabinet with an electricity point and comes with a stool.
- Exhibitors can gain entry to the hall from 8:30am on day one to set up, any banners/leaflets can be left overnight for day two.
- You will not be required to buy any furniture or electricity as this is included in the cost.
PAVILION
- Free of charge refreshments are available to our exhibitors on the pavilion throughout both days.
- The SEA desk will be manned by SEA staff/National committee/BSTSA throughout the show.
- All exhibitors are asked to submit promotional videos/images, these videos will be displayed on screens around the pavilion at all times.
- Exhibitor involvement will be publicised by the SEA on the run up to the show via our website, newsletter, and social media channels.
- This year the SEA Pavilion will feature the Bloodhound Education Modular Vehicle.
There is designated disability parking close to the main entrance.

Bloodhound Education: Bloodhound Education Ltd is a registered charity in the UK, No: 1167382, which provides exciting, hands-on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) activities for students aged 7 upwards, as well as resources for teachers and parents to support learning in the classroom. It takes the excitement of real engineering into schools through engineering challenges, projects and workshops, using links to projects like Bloodhound LSR (Land Speed Record).
It was originally set up alongside the BLOODHOUND SSC Project in 2009, to bring the curriculum to life through the excitement of “real-life engineering” of a land speed record car and has engaged with over 2 million students.
In 2016, it was established as a registered charity with the mission to inspire a generation to explore and get into STEM as well as raise awareness of STEM careers. It works across the UK and beyond. The charity is supported by donations, grants, STEM companies and associated organisations; the Bloodhound Ambassador Programme made up of individual and corporate volunteers.
